The Shire of Wandering advises that the Minister for Planning has approved Town Planning Scheme No. 3 Amendment No. 7. The Western Australian Planning Commission has confirmed the approval and will arrange for publication of the amendment in the Government Gazette.
Amendment No. 7 updates the Scheme's land use definitions and provisions relating to short-term rental accommodation and tourist and visitor accommodation.
The Shire's online Scheme text will be updated by the Western Australian Planning Commission in due course to reflect the approved amendment. In the meantime, the approved amendment documents are available for public inspection from the Shire.
